Douglas Simon Awarded Harry Eagle Award for Best Teacher

Douglas Simon (Gastroenterology) is the recipient of the Harry Eagle Award for best teacher in the basic sciences from Albert Einstein College of Medicine for 2008. This is one of the highest teaching awards Einstein bestows, and is given to only one person a year.

Dr. Simon has run the gastroenterology course for second-year students for several years. He is getting the award for the consistently high quality of this course.
