Anyone who wishes to use the AIF must first read
the Equipment Use Policy, which explains policies on the use and
scheduling of the AIF equipment, as well as the cancellation policy. After
you have read these, you can contact the staff using the Shared Facilities Management System (SFMS). Please
view the SFMS introductory video. Initial contact to discuss research plans may also

Current Registered Users
appointments must be made with the SFMS scheduling system. Click here to book an appointment. A PC with internet
access to the SFMS is available in room F-641 and P-216 allowing users to check
the schedule and make reservations.
New researchers to Einstein, faculty recruits, invited
speakers and guests may benefit from having a tour, allowing them to meet the
staff and see the technologies available. To organize a tour of the AIF, please
