Postdoctoral Position in the Cognitive Neurophysiology Laboratory

Job Description:

The Cognitive Neurophysiology Laboratory at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine has an open postdoctoral position in neuroimaging. Directed by Drs. John Foxe and Sophie Molholm, the CNL includes a multidisciplinary team of investigators, postdoctoral fellows, and students using psychophysics, EEG, and MRI to study attention, auditory and visual perception, multisensory processing, and executive function, in typical and clinical populations. The qualified candidate will have a PhD in the Cognitive Neurosciences or related field, be strong in signal processing, and have experience in the analysis of neuroimaging data. This position has a 2-year term, and will involve conducting and analyzing hemodynamic imaging studies in both neurotypical and clinical populations, with an emphasis on funded projects on the neurobiology of autism and dyslexia. There will be the opportunity to work with functional, anatomical, and diffusion tensor imaging data, as well as to consider data in terms of gene variants.
