SURP ADMISSIONS & REQUIREMENTS
 
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
Outstanding undergraduates with a strong background in the sciences (biology, biochemistry, chemistry, physics, bioengineering or chemical engineering, etc.).
Students who are completing their junior year. In rare instances, sophomores with strong science backgrounds and/or strong research backgrounds may be considered.
Students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Program Starts: Wednesday, June 9, 2010
Program Ends: Friday, August 6, 2010

The online application for the Summer Undergraduate Research Program is now available.The deadline for completion of the application and receipt of all supporting materials (transcripts and letters of recommendation) is February 1.

Since admission to the program is very competitive, students are urged to submit their applications as early as possible and confirm that the supporting materials are received in the Graduate Office by the application deadline.

If accepted, you will need to submit a completed medical form by May 1.
