Welcome to Dr. Wu's Computational Laboratory of Cell Biophysics
Our lab is in the Department of Systems and Computational Biology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
We are focusing on how cells form interactions through the clustering of membrane receptors on their surfaces and how these inter-cellular interactions modulate the succedent signal transduction.
Starting from physical and chemical principles, we are developing multi-scale computational models to bridge the gap between molecular and cellular behaviors, and furthering integrating experimental information from optical, biophysical and structural measurements into our models.
