Research
Kinnari Upadhyay is a bioinformatician involved with population genetic studies and
databasing all sequencing projects. She is currently investigating the
genetics of rare mutations in the African American, Dominican, and Puerto
Rican populations of the Bronx. Kinnari will be developing an in-house database
for all sequencing projects to manage data from sample handling to the end
results. She received her master's degree in Bioinformatics in 2011
from Polytechnic Institute, of New York University.
