Genetic differences play a vital role in typical human development and disease. These differences can dictate the progression of disease as well as an individual’s potential response to treatment. Our laboratory uses modern genomics to better understand the role of human genetic variations in these processes. Our mission is to lay the groundwork for future development of therapies based on our research.
