The Talent Development team at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine is committed to providing all employees at various stages of their career platform and online courses that support and enhance professional growth and development.
We invite all faculty and staff members to explore the offered talent development opportunities. If you manage others, please encourage your valued employees to utilize the offered courses to keep their skills strong and current.
To effectively assist all employees with registering for and accessing online programs the Talent Development team uses Halogen’s Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS allows for ease with: registering for current and future training programs; creating development plan that is linked to performance feedback; organizing and tracking professional development; accessing online courses and materials.
- Variety of platform and WebEx classes that cover a broad spectrum of topics, including performance feedback, management compliance series, communication skills and Myers Briggs Type Instrument team building
- Flexible online courses available 24/7 via Halogen LMS on topics ranging from compliance to system training
- For departments seeking customized development solutions we offer in-house consulting services
- For course descriptions and information, please visit Course Description: March to June 2017. For instructions on registering for courses in the LMS and accessing Halogen, please see the Resources section of this page.
We look forward to having you participate in our professional development opportunities.
If you require an accommodation, please submit your request to the Talent Development department as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled training program. For additional information and questions, please contact Natasha Reid at email@example.com or at 718-430-3348.

Classes will be cancelled no less than 48 hours before the scheduled class date. Cancellation notice will be sent to enrolled participants by email along with available rescheduling information.
