Dr. Volkan Granit M.D., M.Sc., completed his medical training at Istanbul University and completed his masters in neuroscience at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine internship, neurology residency, and fellowship training in EMG & Neuromuscular Disease at Albert Einstein College of Medicine as well. He is a member in the American Association of Neurology, American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and New York Academy of Sciences.
With a board certification in psychiatry and neurology, Dr. Volkan Granit practices his clinical interests myasthenia gravis and neuromuscular ultrasound. He Co-established and actively coordinates a dedicated Myasthenia Gravis clinic at Montefiore Medical Center.
