Associate, Department of Biochemistry
Operations Director of the Einstein shRNA Facility
The shRNA Core Facility provides reagents, expertise, and infrastructure to enable gene modulation studies at scales ranging from individual gene to genome scale. The facility houses four genome-wide arrayed shRNA libraries targeting human and mouse genes, state-of-the-art robotics to enable high-throughput lentivirus production, and high-content assay equipment for arrayed screen readouts. Selection-based screens using pooled shRNA and CRISPR libraries are also supported. In addition, human and mouse ORF libraries are available for gain-of-function or rescue experiments.
