Professional Interests

Wound healing evaluation and treatment of advanced or necrotic ulcers, debridements, Osteomyelitis consults, pressure ulcer prevention.

Senior PA in the wound healing program. Integral in establishing the wound healing program as a part of the Dept of Family and Social Medicine.  Cover 3 hospitals for wound consults, a nursing home, and wound care clinic.  Helped establish and attend for wound evaluation at  multidisciplinary osteomyelitis clinic, sickle cell clinic.   Act as provider for hyperbaric medicine.   Helped found the Wound Healing Teaching day and regularly provide lectures for this program and for medicine, family medicine, dermatology residents,  surgery PA internship program, medicine PAs,  Oversee residents, fellows, and medical students rotating on the wound healing program.  Presented at Wound Healing Society meeting in 2011, 2012, 2013.  Participate in skin safety committee.
