Professional Interests

Ana Ozdoba, MD is a Psychiatry Attending at Montefiore Hospital. She is the Medical Director of the Adult Outpatient Psychiatry Department at Montefiore Hospital Moses Division, the outpatient clinic for all adult psychiatry residents in their 3rd and 4th years of training. Dr Ozdoba specializes in the bilingual psychiatric treatment of the Spanish speaking population of the Bronx.  She is the Program Director for the Ontrack NY Program at Montefiore Hospital Moses, which specializes in the treatment of First Episode Psychosis.  

Dr Ozdoba is the Deputy Director of the Adult Psychiatry Residency Training Program. Her academic interests include psychodynamic psychotherapy, cultural psychiatry and quality improvement in her role as Quality Improvement Curriculum Director for the Adult Psychiatry Residency Training Program.

Dr Ozdoba is the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

Dr Ozdoba completed her Adult Psychiatry Residency Training as well as a Fellowship in Administrative Psychiatry at Montefiore Hospital/Albert Einstein College of Medicine after graduating from Temple University School of Medicine and the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology.

Dr Ozdoba received the Montefiore Staff and Alumni Outstanding House Officer Award in 2008 as well as the Excellence in Teaching Award by the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in 2017.
