Visiting Students

Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University uses the AAMC’s Visiting Student Application Service (VSAS), to process visiting student applications.

Einstein will begin accepting applications starting April 15 for the next academic year that begins the first week of June.  A paper application is available for students who do not have access to VSAS.

Qualified students from U.S. Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) accredited medical schools may be accommodated in those electives, based on availability.  Albert Einstein does not accept international students who are not formally approved to participate in the Exchange Programs or students from non-accredited LCME medical schools into the Visiting Student Electives program.

**Visiting students may participate in up to a maximum of 12 weeks during the academic year.
**All applications will be considered in the order received on a first come, first serve basis.
**Visiting students must adhere to the set rotation/module dates that have been set for the academic year.
**Einstein does not provide housing for visiting students.

Einstein does not allow any visiting student to participate in a our degree required Third Year Clerkships or the Fourth Year degree required Sub-Internship, Neurology or Ambulatory courses.
