"… Experience:The successful candidate will have an advanced degree (PhD or science plus MBA) with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant progressive project / program experience in the drug development / pharmaceutical industry, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree with equivalent experience."
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience, knowledge and a track record in program management in the drug development / pharmaceutical industry in matrix environment. "Applies technical expertise and often contributes to the development of concepts, techniques and standards."
