The Science and Technology Entry Program is designed for New York State residents (including permanent resident aliens) in grades 7 through 12 who belong to groups historically underrepresented in scientific, technical, health-related, and licensed professions, or who are economically disadvantaged. In order to qualify to apply for EEP, you respond to the following questions: Does the student attend High School in the Bronx? Has the student been a resident of New York State for the last year? And currently residing in the Bronx? What grade is the student currently in? Is the student African- or Caribbean-American, Latino, Native American Indian or Alaskan Native OR economically disadvantaged if not from ethnic groups listed?
