The event will celebrate the 20th year of the bioethics certificate program and raise funds for scholarships.   • President Obama announces appointments to the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues. The Commission will be chaired by Amy Gutmann, President of the University of Pennsylvania, and co-chaired by James Wagner, President of Emory University.
