Dr. Hatcher with Mildred RodriguezDr. Ira Leviton (Infectious Diseases) and Mildred Rodriguez, Assistant to the Vice Chairman of Clinical & Educational Programs were recognized at the Montefiore Center for Continuing Medical Education's annual luncheon and awards ceremony on October 27, 2011. Ms. Rodriguez was cited for her adept handling of Medical Grand Rounds at Cherkasky Auditorium each week, and Dr. Leviton for his supervision of Infectious Diseases Grand Rounds.
Educational events that occur weekly, such as the Department of Medicine's Medical Grand Rounds, are referred to as "Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS)".
