Dr. Hannah Lipman is a geriatrician-cardiologist-bioethicist who joined Montefiore in July 2006 and initially undertook a busy clinical schedule seeing patients in geriatrics and cardiology.

Dr. Lipman honed her skills in ethics education after receiving a HRSA-funded Geriatric Academic Career Award entitled "Teaching Practical Bioethics to Learners from Multiple Disciplines: Geriatrics Informed Curricula in Surrogate Decision Making and Bioethics Consultation”.
