Einstein-Montefiore Internal Medicine Residency

A rich, unique educational experience combining the best of science and humanism, offering residents direct access to cutting-edge medical research and a proven track record of placing graduates in prestigious fellowships.

  • 3-Year Categorical Residency
    Innovative training in general internal medicine and in all of the subspecialties, with dedicated faculty and an innovative curriculum in both primary care and specialty medicine.
  • 1-Year Internship
    1-year positions for applicants who need preparation in general medicine before entering a specialty residency.
  • Primary Care and Social Internal Medicine
    A 3-year residency to train exceptional general internists to provide care for marginalized and underserved populations.
  • Intensified Research Rotation
    The Intensified Research Rotation gives selected residents concentrated mentored exposure to either basic or clinical research through a specially designed schedule during their second or third year.

Critical Care Physician Assistant Residency Training Program

A one-year residency training program that prepares physician assistants (PAs) to become highly skilled in the multidisciplinary, evidenced-based management of acute and critically ill adult patients.  

Dermatology Residency

A 3-year dermatology residency training program leading to eligibility for certification by the American Board of Dermatology.
