Jan Vijg: AFAR Wright Award
Please join the American Federation for Aging Research in congratulating the 2012 Irving Wright Award of Distinction recipient, Jan Vijg, Ph.D. of Albert Einstein College of Medicine. The Irving S. Wright Award of Distinction is named after the founder of the American Federation for Aging Research and is intended to honor individuals who have made exceptional contributions to basic or clinical research in the field of aging.
Dr. Vijg presented the Wright Award lecture “Genome Dynamics in Aging” at the 65th Gerontological Society of America (GSA) Annual Meeting in San Diego on Friday, November 16, 2012 from 5:00 to 6:30 pm in Marina Ballroom E, Marriott South Tower. The lecture was followed by a reception.
