2014 NYC RING Convocation of Practices
Submitting your work for presenting at Convocation:
We would also like to invite you to share your work with the NYC RING community, whether it be a small quality improvement project or funded research. We are particularly interested in projects related to the patient centered medical home, such as new strategies for patient engagement, development of team-based care and cross-trained staff, interventions to encourage patient and family involvement and shared decision-making, and new uses of information systems and technology, among others.
Please fill out the registration form and submit your abstract (approximately 300 words) here by Tuesday August 26, 2014. You can begin and save your registration form, but all submissions must be completed by 5pm on Tuesday August 26, 2014.
Below are general guidelines for:
Poster submissions: If you have (or are going to prepare) a poster for another conference, you may present this poster at the NYC RING Convocation. We ask that you complete the registration form by Tuesday August 26, 2014.
Storyboard submissions: If you would like to prepare a storyboard for Convocation, please use this template as a guide for preparing your slides. Please limit your presentation to 15 slides. We ask that you complete the registration form, an abstract (directions in application), and your completed storyboard template by Tuesday August 26, 2014. We will then print and prepare the slides for presentation in poster format.
All presentation submissions must also include an abstract (approximately 300 words).
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Claudia Lechuga. We are happy to help out with preparing storyboards and addressing any logistical issues in getting your poster/storyboard to the convocation.
