At our Annual Picnic we practically ban discussion of things academic but there are always the incorrigibly academically obsessed amongst us who just can't get enough of the stuff.
Ditto the End of Year Party. Fortunately the skits have been so good that even the incorrigibles laugh, relax and actually forget to discuss science.
