   b. CUSTOM DESIGN TARGET CAPTURE 

Please inquire if you have a specific project with a specified target size and sample number. Larger sample numbers will reduce capturing costs.
 

 

*Einstein or Montefiore funding. All other funding sources are considered external and are surcharged at 50%.

1 Number of reads: Single end (SE)/lane ~ 100 - 300 million.

1 Number of reads: Paired end (PE)/lane ~ 2 x 100 - 300 million.

1 4 - 8 weeks turnaround time depending upon the type of assay and read length.
 

2 Barcode adapters can be purchased from ESF.

3 Only available when enough samples are provided to fill 7 lanes (complete flow cell).

4 6 - 8 weeks turnaround time depending upon the number of samples requested for exome capture sequencing.
