Ms. Hasan's research project was aimed at "Phenotypic and genotypic characterization of Candida species". The collaborative research that Ms. Fahmi conducted with Dr. Bettina Fries as the US mentor, led to three publications including one first author, one middle author and one review. After defending her thesis she is planning to work as post doctorate fellow.
