Matt Makovsky is an assistant VP at Makovsky Integrated Communications, one of the world’s leading independent communications agency. His work spans marketing and digital strategy consulting for the Technology, Automotive, Financial Services, Healthcare, CPG and Sports sectors for both B2B and B2C brands.
Previously he worked as the Business Development Manager at the National Football League where he helped cultivate marketing partnerships as part of a $300 million NFL sponsorship portfolio. Internationally, he served as the day-to-day business development contact for NFL offices in China, Japan, UK, Mexico and Canada where his responsibilities included helping raise awareness of the NFL abroad and sponsor participation in those markets.
Matt began his career working in London for Hill & Knowlton, the global international communications firm where he was an integral member of the Adidas and Gillette account teams.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Pennsylvania and he received his MBA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.
Matt serves on the board of Einstein Emerging Leaders as Chair of Marketing and Strategic Planning.
