General Information:
The Alexandrine and Alexander L. Sinsheimer Fund created a series of annual awards to be made to individuals who demonstrate potential for making major contributions with respect to the prevention or cure of human disease.The recipients of these awards are known as Sinsheimer Scholars.
The Scholar Awards carry an annual grant in aid in the amount of $50,000 for a period of three years.
Procedures:
The Dean shall nominate one candidate for the award.
Nominees for the award shall not be more than in the third year of their assistant professorship.
Nomination papers must follow the application guidelines.
Selection committee's decision will be announced in the Summer.
