User Guidelines

 User Guidelines: 

  • To reserve a technician for any event please fill out the following Audio Visual Request Form:  Audio Visual Request Form 
  • Our electronic system will only permit a request form to go through with three days prior notice. 
  • In the case that less than three days notice is not feasible please send an email to with all the details for your event. 
  • Occasionally, due to the vast requests and/or short staffed we are unable to provide a technician for the duration of the event.  We will then have a technician set-up and available via phone for further assistance.   
  • For immediate technical support please call Ext. 3481. A technician will be dispatched to resolve the problem.   
  • All finished power point presentations  are to be emailed 24 hours prior to the event to    
  • The technicians will only accept the finished presentation.  They are not responsible for any corrections to these presentations. They solely upload them to the computers for the lecture.  
  •  If your event is cancelled please notify our group at  
  • An index number is required for all requests after our hours of operation.  Our hours of Operation are 8am –4pm.
