Take the No. 5 Dyre Ave. trainuptown/North to the Bronx.
Get off at the PelhamParkway/Esplanade stop.
Walk one block from the station toPelham Parkway – a six-lane, tree-lined parkway.
Cross to the opposite side of theParkway (from North to South).
Take the Number 12 bus east toJacobi Medical Center.
Or walk about 8 blocks east alongthe Pelham Parkway South Service Road to the hospital.
WEST SIDE: 2 Train
Take the No. 2 White PlainsRd./241st St. train uptown/north to the Bronx.
Get off at Pelham Parkway, and usethe exit at the rear of the station.
On Pelham Parkway South take theNumber 12 bus (east) to Jacobi Hospital.
The bus ride will take about 10minutes – about 1 and 1/2 miles.
The bus stops by the main entranceto Jacobi Medical Center, near building #1.
6th Avenue: D Train
Take the D train North to the Bronx.
Get off at Fordham Road (GrandConcourse).
Take the No. 12 bus on the Southside of Fordham Road directly to Jacobi Hospital (eastbound – about 3 miles).
Take the New York Bus Service –Morris Park Bus (BxM-10). This bus runs up Madison Avenue and down Fifth Avenuein Manhattan.
Call the New York Bus Service –(718) 994-5500 for pick-up points and time schedule.
Get off at Morris Park Avenue atEastchester Road.
Cross Morris Park Avenue and walkuphill one block to the Morris Park entrance to Jacobi Medical Center (nearAmbulatory Care Pavilion – Building # 5); or
Get off at Eastchester Road andPelham Parkway. Cross Eastchester Road and walk one block on Pelham ParkwaySouth to Main Entrance of Jacobi Medical Center (near Jacobi Hospital –Building #1).

Brooklyn-Queens Expressway toTriborough Bridge to the Bronx. Bear right for the Bruckner Expressway. Followsigns for New Haven (I-95) on the Bruckner and get off at Bronx River Parkwayexit. Take Bronx River Parkway north to Pelham Parkway exit. Follow PelhamParkway east to Jacobi Medical Center, Main Gate.
FromQueens:
Same as Brooklyn or WhitestoneBridge to Hutchinson River Parkway to Pelham Parkway West exit. Take PelhamParkway west to Eastchester Road. Turn left at Eastchester Road to Morris ParkAvenue. F.D.R. to Triborough Bridge to theBronx bear right for the Bruckner Expressway. Same as Brooklyn thereafter.

West – Saw Mill River Parkway toCross County Parkway to Bronx River Parkway South to Pelham Parkway exit. FollowPelham Parkway east to Jacobi Medical Center, Main Gate.
East – Hutchinson River ParkwaySouth to Pelham Parkway Westbound exit. Take Pelham Parkway west to EastchesterRoad. Turn left at Eastchester Road to Morris Park Avenue. Turn right at MorrisPark Avenue to Seminole Avenue. Turn right into Morris Park Gate.

George Washington Bridge toCross-Bronx Expressway to Bronx River Parkway. Take Bronx River Parkway northto Pelham Parkway exit. Follow Pelham Parkway east to Jacobi Medical Center,Main Gate.

On-campus visitor parking isavailable at two visitor parking lots – one in front of Building 1 and anotherin front of Building 5. Charge for parking – with no time limit – is $5.
